This license offers photos for commercial use. With this license, content can be used in promotional campaigns such as advertising, as well as on websites and blogs. Permissions are for web and digital use only and does not require the owner to be credited.

This license type allows customers to use the images that they purchase for commercial, web or digital purposes. 

  • Customers may:

    • Use the images for commercial purposes

    • Use the images on their websites, blogs or other digital media

  • Customers may not: 

    • Use the images in offline media such as:

      • Print

      • TV

      • Film

    • Sub-license or resell the images

    • Transfer or distribute the images to another party

    • Provide others within their organization access to the images

    • Use the image in their own logo or trademark

    • Use the image in any illegal manner (e.g., pornography, defamatory content etc.)

EXTENDED LICENCE

This license offers photos for commercial purposes. This license extends from web and digital to print use, and does not require the owner to be credited.

This license type allows customers to use the images that they purchase for commercial, web, digital or print purposes.

  • Customers may:

    • Use the images for printed media

  • Customers may not:

    • Use the images in TV or Film

    • Sub-license or resell the images

    • Transfer or distribute the images to another party

    • Provide others within their organization access to the images

    • Use the image in their own logo or trademark

    • Use the image in any illegal manner (e.g., pornography, defamatory content etc.)

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

   Digital Downloads: 

​1. Your Name and Order Number

3. A valid reason of return / refund 

  • Any request can be made up to 7 days from the date of download. 

  • Downloads must be unused and un-tampered.

​       Physical Goods: 

  • Goods (i.e canvas prints, mugs & phone cases) supplied though 'Order a Print', should be directly referred to support@orderaprint.com

  • Email request must include:

1. Your Name and Order Number 

2. A valid reason of return / refund

  • Physical goods must be undamaged. Unless proven to have arrived in a damaged state.

​       General Disclosures: 

  • All return costs including but not limited to; postage, shipping and tracking are the responsibility of the buyer. 

  • Invalid return / refund request claims include, but not limited to; size, appearance and "No longer Needed"

  • We reserve the right to request photographic evidence if required

DOWNLOAD REGULATIONS

  • As a purchaser, consenting to a digital file transfer.

  • Download confirmation & link via email

PHYSICAL GOODS REGULATIONS

  • Only relevant data is shared with 'Order a Print', and done securely via Wix

  • All physical goods such as images, mugs, phone-cases etc, are supplied though the 'Wix Art Store' in junction with 'Order a Print' (Click the "Read More" button below to learn more)

DISTANCE SELLING

By using buttons/ labels entitled "Buy now", "Add to cart", "Checkout" and "Review & Place Order"  customers agree to a financial digital transaction made in exchange for goods or services.

  • Phenomenology  Photography uses Wix's payment system to keep transactions clear and protected. 

  • Steps for placing an order:

1. Select an image by pressing Buy Now

2. Select Licence and proceed to Check Out

3. Follow the three step order placement from (Billing, Payment and Review & Place Order)

  • Your cart can be edited at any time prior to placing an order simply by clicking on the shopping bag icon.

  • This site is available in: English (UK). 

  • Phenomenology Photography encourages customers to read and print both this page on Regulation Compliance & our Licences Agreement page.

  • Goods can be downloaded with a range of licences or printed onto pictures, mugs and phone cases using our third party provider .

  • The total price payable will summarized in the shopping cart at Review & Place Order stage prior to payment.

  • Downloads are not liable for delivery charges. 

  • This website complies with the website host WIX Terms and conditions build into there user interface.
